TERMS OF SERVICE

The basics of how we quote, work and get paid. Your formal quote or contract always takes precedence.

These terms

These terms apply when you use this website and when you ask us for a quote. Each job is governed by the written quote or contract we issue for it. If the quote and these terms differ, the quote wins.

Quotes

Every quote states its own validity period and scope. Prices are quoted in Namibian dollars (N$) unless stated otherwise. A quote is an offer that becomes binding only when both sides agree, in writing or by confirmed instruction to proceed.

Scope and site access

We do the work listed in the quote. If the site is not accessible, or if conditions on site differ materially from what was described, we will raise it before proceeding and adjust the scope and price by agreement. Where we work inside occupied buildings, mines or public facilities, we follow the safety and access rules of that site.

Payment

Payment terms are stated on each invoice. We may require a deposit or progress payments for materials and long jobs. Invoices unpaid by their due date may pause further work until the account is settled.

Warranty and liability

We stand behind the quality of our work. Installed equipment is covered by the supplier or manufacturer warranty that comes with it, and our workmanship is warranted against defects for a reasonable period stated in the quote. To the fullest extent allowed by Namibian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Namibian law that cannot be limited.

Website content

The project record on this site describes real work done since 2016. Photographs of client sites are shown as examples of our work and remain the property of their owners. Client logos belong to their respective organisations.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Questions, disputes or notices: info@mundesha.com, +264 81 277 7553, Windhoek, Namibia. Effective from 1 October 2026.
