Who we are
Mundesha Investment One CC, trading as Mundesha Investments, is a close corporation based in Windhoek, Namibia. We provide air conditioning, refrigeration, electrical and related trade services across the country. This policy explains what happens to the information you give us through this website.
What we collect
When you request a quote we ask for your name, phone number, the service you need, your town and a short message. We collect nothing else through this site. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not use analytics cookies that follow you around the internet. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs for security and uptime.
How we use it
We use your details for one purpose: to prepare and deliver your quote, and to contact you about the work you asked about. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email using the details you provided. Once a request is handled, we keep the record only as long as needed for our business administration and any legal obligations.
Who sees it
Only our own team, and the service providers that keep this website running, such as our hosting and email providers. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not share it with marketers.
Where it is stored
Quote requests are processed by our website's server and delivered to our email inbox. Email and server storage may sit outside Namibia, so your information may be processed in other countries under the safeguards those providers apply.
Your choices
You may ask us at any time to confirm what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us at info@mundesha.com or call +264 81 277 7553 and we will sort it out. If you would rather not use the form at all, you are welcome to phone or WhatsApp us directly.
Changes
If we change this policy, the updated version will appear on this page with a new effective date. This policy applies from 1 October 2026 and follows Namibian law.
